A few years ago, I had the upstairs of my home gutted and renovated by Morningstar Custom Homes. At that time most of the work was personally carried out by Wes Anderson, owner of the company; with some work completed by outside contractors, coordinated by Wes. We found Wes to be reliable, informative, creative and organized; completing various tasks with perfection and most willing to go the extra mile. Of these exemplary personal qualities the most outstanding is his knowledge of the business, artistic talent and an eye for detail which enhanced the final appearance of our renovated home. Because of this wonderful experience, I recently used this company again to renovate and upgrade a couple of bathrooms not done the first time around. Once again I was more than satisfied with the outcome.

It is with great pleasure that I write to you in regards to your workmanship performed to date for both Tracy and I as well as our business Pipeworx Ltd. Since we met back in 200, we have built a great relationship over the years. WE still own the house that you built back in 1999, which we adore to this day. Since that time, you have performed several additions and renovations to that same property transforming and modernizing it over the years to the even more spectacular residence it is today. Your quality of work and efficiency are always top notch and the ability to communicate with both yourself and your sub-trades openly thru all of those times, was amazing. I'm not sure how many projects yo have performed for us over the years, it's certainly dozens for sure. Some minor in nature and others very significant. I reckon the end value of work performed for us over the years has to be pushing one million dollars collectively. That said, every dollar spent was a dollar spent of quality work which we have always been satisfied with the end product. Any disputes, changes, or other were always dealt with at the field level and resolved quickly and amicably. You have always handled yourself very professionally and are a pleasure to deal with at all times. I would sincerely recommend you and your work scopes to anyone in need. Wes Anderson of Morningstar Custom Homes was the general contractor of the renovation on our 1970's split level in the spring of 2018. Demolition and construction began promptly after our decision to retain his services. We found all the trades people who worked on our project experienced and friendly. We chose to work with Morningstar Custom Homes on our interior renovation project, which was quite unique and complex. This renovation was the fourth renovation on this home in about 40 years. Everything was mystery as we started to take walls down and expose whatever was inside. Our vision was to keep the charm and unique style of the home but still open things up to have a more light and airy feeling. Having to remove about 5 interior walls and a stairwell to achieve this. It was a large job. We could not be happier with the results. Our home has that unique one of a kind feel that is also modern and open. The project was completed on time and on budget, other than the extras I had put in. Wes has become a valued professional and a friend to us through this process. The Morningstar team is excellent to work with, professional, conscientious and thorough . Being a person who does not like mistakes or work having to be redone, Wes was great in letting me check in and confirm things on the go to make sure the result was as expected. I am happy to say there were no errors that I can even recall. We get compliments all the time on our home. Right now we are just starting a full construction garage project and I am very excited to see it develop.
